Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nail Concrete! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. 

1. Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
 • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
 • Products must be unused, unworn, and free of damage.
 • Tags, labels, and original seals (where applicable) must still be attached. 
Expired, opened, worn, or visibly used products cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
 1. Contact our Customer Support at contact@nailconcrete.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
 2. We will review your request and send instructions on how to ship the item back.
 3. You must ship the item back within 7 days after receiving the return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
 • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 • The cost of original shipping and handling is non-refundable, unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
 • If a return is refused due to non-compliance with policy terms, no refund will be issued.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your current product for a refund and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as Final Sale at checkout. These cannot be returned or refunded.
