1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Please note:
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
• International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
• Please contact the carrier first.
• If the issue remains unresolved, contact us for further assistance.
Nail Concrete is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to update your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
